DRESS ALTERATIONS I am 5'4"" and I altered the satin skirt to be floor length with 4.5-inch heels (lace was left alone- the alteration wasn't much). The train was left unaltered. A bustle was added (single over-bustle). I also had the back altered to be a deeper V for a more elegant and dramatic effect (it was also more comfortable after this alteration!).
The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned with no stains or tears.
